Does anyone have any recipes that are gluten and yeast free for a bread machine? Please help!?

I need a recipe that is candida-friendly. There has to be one out there!Does anyone have any recipes that are gluten and yeast free for a bread machine? Please help!?
The gluten free is tricky because gluten is in most flours. I think potato flour is probably safe, so sub that for a wheat flour. Note that this will not work as well for a yeast bread since the gluten is part of what helps the yeast to rise.





In terms of yeast free, you'd want to go for a soda bread. The baking soda will do the job of the yeast by fizzing and creating air pockets. Thing with soda breads is that they don't need all the kneading and rising times of a yeast bread, in fact, that will make it dense, hard, and tough. As a result, it won't be suitable for a bread machine unless you have a way to bypass the automatic kneading and rise times as it mixes.





In short, many bread machines are made for a yeast bread, and so will not work for any non-yeast bread.Does anyone have any recipes that are gluten and yeast free for a bread machine? Please help!?
Simple Yeast Free Bread


If you have a craving for some delicious bread but can't have any yeast, have no fear. There are plenty of yeast free bread options available to you. If you don't have the time to prepare bread all day, you're not alone. Fortunately there are many recipes that contain no yeast that you cane make in no time. Here is a simple yeast free bread recipe that you can make in less than 45 minutes:





1 cup cornmeal


1 egg


1 teaspoon baking powder


Salt


1 tablespoon shortening


First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix cornmeal, salt and shortening in a bowl and a small amount of boiling water and keep adding it until it creates a paste. Add egg and baking powder and continue mixing. Place entire mixture in a in a greased pan and bake for 20 minutes. Allow the bread to cool and serve.

    1. This recipe is not exactly what you asked for but thought I'd share anyway.

      I have developed gluten free sourdough recipes around my own food allergies. I have combined old fashioned sourdough techniques with gluten free seed and grain flours and have come up with excellent, delicious breads, muffins and pancakes.

      They are also free of dairy, eggs, soy, yeast, sweeteners, gums and baking powder. Very suitable for sensitive digestions.

      These breads are no-knead breads, have great taste and texture and have a long shelf life on the counter: 5 days! (longer in the fridge) I do not use a bread machine. My recipes mix up easily by hand.
