Does anybody have any good bread recipes they'd be willing to share?

so i'm wanting to try something new and i've decided i'd like to try making bread...does anybody have any good bread recipes i could try? i'd really LOVE to know how to make hawaiian sweet bread specifically. thank you!Does anybody have any good bread recipes they'd be willing to share?
If you are referring to ';Pao Doce'; (a/k/a Portuguese Sweet Bread) and want the recipe, I've got it in an old Hawaii Cookbook (1967), and it is delicious. Just post a note, or shoot me an e-mail, and I'll post the recipe ;)

The following are recipes I make here regularly (I'll try and post more tomorrow). My latest endevor is prefecting Ciabatta bread ~ it's a bit involved, baking stone was not cheap, but it is hands-down my favorite bread! Happy baking ;)

KING'S HAWAIIAN BREAD (Copycat)

3录 hours | 45 min prep

3 loaves

6 cups all-purpose flour, plus

1/2 cup flour

3 eggs

2 cups pineapple juice

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 (1/4 ounce) envelopes yeast

1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted (one stick)

1. Beat the eggs. Add the pineapple juice, sugar, ginger, vanilla, and butter.

2. Place 3 cups of flour in a large bowl. Stir in the egg mixture until well-combined. Sprinkle in the yeast, one packet at a time, and mix inches.

3. Add the remaining 3 cups of flour and mix inches. Blending with a spoon will be hard, so you may have to use your hands. Make sure it is thoroughly combined. Cover the bowl with a cloth and set in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.

4. Remove from the bowl and knead in 1/2 cup flour. Knead about 10 times. Divide into three equal parts.

5. Place in greased and floured loaf pans or shape into rolls. Cover and place in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or golden brown.
