Just bought a bread maker, any yummy low fat recipes for homemade bread?

I am in a cooking and baking mood lately, so you might see me on this a lot over the next few weeks, as i find your recipes and descriptions is nicer and easier than some of my recipe books. The recipes that come with your bread maker are designed to cook up perfectly, the science of bread making taken into consideration. There must be a balance of salt, flour, yeast and liquid, fat as well as other ingredients.
