Does anyone have any good bread recipes?

Hawaiian Bread





INGREDIENTS


1 cup margarine, softened


2 cups white sugar


4 eggs


1 cup mashed banana


1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice


4 cups all-purpose flour


1 teaspoon baking soda


2 teaspoons baking powder


3/4 teaspoon salt


1/2 cup flaked coconut


1/2 cup chopped walnuts





DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.


In a large bowl, cream margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs, bananas and pineapple. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir flour mixture into egg mixture. Fold in coconut and walnuts. Pour batter into prepared loaf pans.


Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.Does anyone have any good bread recipes?
Banana Nut Bread





INGREDIENTS





* 1/2 cup margarine, softened


* 2/3 cup milk


* 2 eggs


* 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour


* 1 cup white sugar


* 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder


* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda


* 1 teaspoon salt


* 2/3 cup mashed bananas


* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts





DIRECTIONS





1. Spray bread machine pan with vegetable oil spray.


2. Premix ingredients in order listed. Place mixture in bread machine pan.


3. Select the Quick Bread/Cake cycle. Press Start. Check after 1 minute to see if mixture is well blended.


4. Cook until cake cycle stops. Remove pan, and cool completely before removing bread from pan.Does anyone have any good bread recipes?
Whole Wheat Bread





1 pkg dry yeast


2 c warm water


2 tbs sugar


2 tsp salt


4 c white flour


1/2 c hot water


1/2 c brown sugar


3 tbs shortening


4 c stirred whole wheat flour








Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, and white flour. Beat with mixer until smooth. Let stand one hour in a warm place. Stir, cool and add hot water, brown sugar, and shortening. Mix in whole wheat flour. Knead until smooth (10 min or more). Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled (about 2 hours). Punch down dough. Cut in half and form into a ball. Let rest 10 minutes. Shape into 2 loaves. Let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40-50 minutes.
