Does anyone know recipes for bread without using yeast?

I am in a baking mood and would like to make some bread. I am out of yeast and don't have a bread machine. Any good recipes?Does anyone know recipes for bread without using yeast?
This is really easy

Damper

Damper is an Aussie traditional bread, usually baked in the ground

2 cups self raising flour,

1/2tsp salt,

1 1/2 cups milk,

1tsp sugar,

1tsp butter.

Method:

Sift the flour, sugar and salt into a bowl and then add the butter, add enough milk to make a manageable dough. Shape into a flat ball and place on a greased and floured oven tray, bake at 220c(400f) for 25-30 mins, baste with milk during cooking.

Serve hot...with lashings of butter (golden syrup and jam, goes very well with this bread)Does anyone know recipes for bread without using yeast?
You're looking for ';quickbread'; recipes, made without yeast. How about a nice Irish soda bread or banana bread?
how about this cornbread? It's pretty good!

Unleavened Cornbread

INGREDIENTS

1 cup cornmeal

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 egg

1/4 cup shortening, melted

1 cup milk

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 12 cup muffin pan or line with muffin papers.

In a large bowl, stir together the cornmeal, flour, sugar and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the egg, shortening and milk. Stir until well blended. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
