All the whole wheat bread recipes have a natural sweetner in them. Will a substitute sweetner work as well?

NO!!! If you're making a yeast bread, it MUST have sugar, honey, or corn syrup to feed the yeast, or else it won't rise. Bread requires so little sugar (some more than others, so check out a few recipes) that it won't bother anyone, and if you have a diabetic, use the honey. It tastes better in whole wheat bread, and honey metabolizes slower than sugar. All the whole wheat bread recipes have a natural sweetner in them. Will a substitute sweetner work as well?
You can cook and bake with Splenda, but Nutrasweet loses its sweetness when cooked. All the whole wheat bread recipes have a natural sweetner in them. Will a substitute sweetner work as well?
I'd check the Splenda website for recipes. It's anatural sugar derivative and is supposed to work as a substitute for sugar in baking recipes.
